I saw a photo in my sister Jenny's facebook album on the weekend and it brought back a flood of memories about how much I hero worshipped her when I was a child. She is only 6 years older than me and when she left home I was still a kid of 11. I thought she seemed so grown up and sophisticated! Every time she'd come home from the city to visit us, I'd try and copy her hairstyle or change my wardrobe to include her latest fashion trends. I wanted to be just like her.
I stole the pic and scrapped it straight away. (So that would be LO #4 for the year!)
This is one of those, use scraps and don't use scissors kinda pages, where you just rip it, sand it and slap it down on paper, no stressing about placement, straight lines and perfection. yes!
Truth be told I'm still a little envious of my big sister, well especially right now as she is on my dream holiday, travelling around Italy, France and England......sigh
